Pran A Luxe – The Next Chapter
Supharat Resort Co., Ltd., developer of “Pran A Luxe – The Next Chapter,” presents a living concept where simplicity, serenity, and nature are brought together in a quality housing project. The company has been around Pranburi for more than a decade, investing and developing projects.
The talented Head-Office Team is based on the 21st Floor of the Bangkok Insurance Building in Sathorn. From here a team of a dozen people provide the on-site team with architectural design, interior design, graphic design, purchasing, project management and accounting, among many other aspects of the project.
Combined, the two teams side by side, are making sure Pran A Luxe is developed by an experienced team with expertise across real estate, hospitality, construction management, and lifestyle developments, with a focus on thoughtful design, construction quality, and enduring value.
Sales Team
Our sales team is fronted by Toon and Toey. Sales Manager, Toon has a long history in premium real-estate in Hua Hin and Pranburi. She’s an excellent source of advice when buying property in this area. Toey is backing up Toon in every possible way and she also speaks Chinese.
Sales, marketing and content creation is made within the team and our partner Search Studio. Please contact the Sales Team to initiate the process to visit us and our project.
Juristic Team
Aon and Smile, how can you not like them!? They have been with us from the beginning and knows all aspects of the project.

Engineers
Mr. Aof is the maintenance boss and he’s very talented in fixing everything that can possibly break in a Residence. He’s a local guy with a solid network when we need more outsource manpower. He also manages the Pool Boys taking care of all pools making them crystal clear.
Gardeners
Pranaluxe has a lot of fully grown green spaces! This place is the opposite of a concrete development. Our army of Gardeners are solid and shifts are running seven days a week. These guys are trustworthy and also a bit of a security back-up as they are everywhere.
House-Keeping
These ladies take care of all the villas requesting house-keeping service, the common area, gym and sales office. Hard working, efficient and always with the famous Thai smile.
